1. The Agreement

By downloading and using the ARCH.id.S toolset in your Revit environment, you're agreeing to these simple ground rules. We've kept them as clear and straightforward as possible.

2. Free vs. Premium Tools

We offer our tools in two tiers:

• Free Addins: Completely free to use in both educational and commercial production. No strings attached.
• Premium Suites: Available via an active subscription or a one-time purchase. Our tools will check your license status online when you use them. Please don't try to spoof, hack, or bypass these license checks, as doing so will permanently revoke your access.

3. Pre-Release & Beta Tools

We believe in building and evolving alongside the architectural community. Occasionally, we make preview builds and experimental add-ins available as "Pre-Release" or "Beta" tools.

While a plugin is in Pre-Release, we provide evaluation access entirely free of charge—no subscription or paid licensing seat is required. Because these builds are actively evolving, they should be treated as experimental tools and used strictly in practice files or non-production setups.

Just like any beta software, these tools are provided "as is" while we work out the final details and refine the code. Once a tool reaches rock-solid stability and officially launches, the evaluation period gracefully closes, and continued usage simply transitions to our standard Free or Premium catalogs.

4. Please don't steal our code

We have poured thousands of hours into building the algorithms, interfaces, and underlying logic of these tools. They are our proprietary intellectual property. We ask that you respect that effort—please do not decompile, reverse-engineer, or rip our code to build competing products.

5. You are the Architect (Liability)

Our plugins are highly advanced calculators and automation engines built to save you time, but they do not replace your professional judgment.

As the licensed design professional, you are ultimately responsible for verifying the accuracy of your models, schedules, and drawing sheets before issuing them for construction. ARCH.id.S cannot be held liable for modeling errors, missed deadlines, or construction issues that arise on your projects.

6. Refunds & Termination

Because our Free tools give you a comprehensive way to test our ecosystem, we do not typically offer refunds on Premium purchases once the license has been activated. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or attempt to abuse the licensing system.
