1. Terms Acceptance

By downloading, activating, or deploying any ARCH.id.S add-in bundles, tools, or macros across Autodesk Revit environments, you explicitly consent to remain bound by these usage rules.

2. License Allocations & Seat Provision

We offer tools under two separate provisioning archetypes:

• Free Addins: Granted under an individual, non-transferable runtime permission scope. You may execute these modules freely for commercial or educational production.
• Premium Overlays (Pro Suites): Bound tightly to verified active license entitlements. Seat verification runs programmatically against our cloud license gateway. Attempting to spoof authentication vectors or bypass node keys directly revokes your license access.

3. Protected Architecture Restrictions

The algorithmic logic, visual layout matrices, assembly compilations, and interface schemas constituting our software represent proprietary intellectual assets. You explicitly agree not to decompile, reverse-engineer, extract baseline assemblies, or manipulate assembly references for competitive replication.

4. Engineering Disclaimer & Liability Thresholds

ARCH.id.S productivity add-ins are precision calculation helper engines; they do not replace formal professional verification checks.

The licensed user accepts full professional responsibility for checking document sets, model parameter accuracy, schedule geometry mappings, and sheet layout fidelity before issuing construction payloads. ARCH.id.S accepts zero liability for modeling project overhead errors, data corruption, or architectural production delays.
